Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service you have booked with us, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours/days of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Product Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order for a product, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been shipped or processed.

Refund Policy

  • Services: Refunds for services may be provided under certain circumstances, such as if the service was not provided as described or if there are extenuating circumstances. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
